11/13: The Bronze and Silver Latin events are full.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. There have been a few changes to our registration policy this year. Please review all of the rules and regulations before registering. The biggest change is the following: Double registration for two levels in the same style is not allowed for Silver and below.
2. Tickets to the Saturday evening Starry Night Winter Showcase featuring performances by Slavik Kryklyvyy & Hanna Karttunen and Arunas Bizokas & Katusha Demidova are on pre-sale. Only those that register can buy show tickets for $15 each. These tickets have to be paid for at the same time as registration. Please see the Fees section under Registration for more details.

There are no restrictions on age or affiliation. Youth, adult, and non-collegiate competitors are welcome.

We strongly encourage competitors to dance at a higher level if he or she has placed out of three dances in any style at a given level. Please be considerate. We will contact anyone whom we deem unfit for the level he or she is registered for.

Deadlines

Regular registration deadline: Wednesday 11/12/08

• $35/student competitor
• $40/adult or non-student competitor
• Check must be postmarked by 11/17/08

Late registration deadline: Wednesday 11/19/08

• $40/student competitor
• $45/adult or non-student competitor
• Bring check to competition

Please see Fees for specific instructions for payment. All funds must be received before dancing.

TBA Policy

We allow TBA registration until Wednesday 11/12/08. We will then provide team captains with team contacts and their TBA names, styles and levels. Each team is responsible in contacting each other and performing appropriate partner matches. Team captains should then contact Liza Volkova at ev2154@columbia.edu and confirm partner matches by Wednesday 11/19/08. There will be no TBA's the day of the competition. All TBA registrants will receive a full refund if a partner is not found before 11/30/08.
