About Columbia Ballroom. The mission of the team is to provide the best opportunity and environment for members to develop and hone their dancing skills and to share their interests in ballroom dancing. We are a social, fun-loving organization that supports its members in their quest to dance and perform better. No partner or prior experience is necessary to join the team.

No class and practices for 2 weeks (3/9 to 3/21)
Because of midterms and spring break, there will be no classes and practices for the next two weeks. The practice spaces will still be open so members can bring their own music and use the space. Classes and supervised practices resume on Monday 3/23.

Glass House Rocks Performance - Thursday 2/5 9PM-1AM
The newly formed CU Ballroom Formation Team will be performing at 12:00AM. Please come support them as they perform for the first time on the ramps of Lerner for Glass House Rocks. There will be food, games, free stuff, and of course, great performances!

Spring Semester Announcements
Membership Dues: The deadline is 2/6/2009 for UPenn Competitors and 2/11/2009 for everyone else.
Social Class: This semester, Argentine Tango.
New Member Policy (Competitive Classes): Since most members have already had a whole semester of Standard and Latin, new members MUST attend at least one practice per week for the first couple of weeks. There will be board members supervising each practice who can help you with the steps, especially if you're a newcomer.
